We took a bus load from our Coffs Coast venues and bottle shops “Up The Hill” to brew a big collaboration beer!
In the same profile as Gorge Drop we haven’t held back to brew a big hefty Double West Coast. A very lean and simple malt bill delivers the hops as intended. The bitterness is right through the pallet and creeps towards biter orange rind. The Lotus hops complement a big Simcoe profile with soft notes of orange.
