Puska (meaning “bush” in Finnish) is our crack at the ancient Finish Sahti style, where we’ve swapped Finnish for native Australian ingredients – eucalyptus branches to create a mash filter, wattle seed in the boil and native pepperberry for spice. With the addition of Australian malt, yeast and hops, the result is a complex 6.0% malt dominant beer with hints of herbs, spices and nuts.
