Gorge Drop DIIPA

It’s been on our to do list for a while. Get dropped by helicopter into the gorge, that runs along the eastern side of the New England region. To mark the occasion we’ve gone with a classic addition of American hops in a simple modern West Coast IPA malt bill. This is a big IPA, that has a vibrant golden straw pour and aromas of fruit and pine, before a body of citrus with a solid lingering bitterness.
