A Black Koyt? It’s our dark spin on the Dutch beer style from the 1500’s which uses over 40 percent malted oats. The oats and dark malts giving a nutty chocolate and caramel, while the local honey lightens the body before smooth vanilla. A twist on an old school brew, where winter nights mean cold flat rides.
