In Sept 22 we brewed our 1501st batch of beer. Being Belgian beer fans, we had to go with a classic style all about fermentation. A spectacular golden pour and fluffy white head greets the glass and splashes aromas of honey, spice and fruit. The body has hints of malt sweetness amongst strong orange and spice. Bottle conditioned for over 3 months to make this a very smooth, complex and special beer.
